We want you to love your handcrafted piece. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work. All orders are placed and paid for through our main shop at davincienterprise.co.uk, so returns are handled there too — this page summarises the policy.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused and undamaged, with all original packaging included.
Because each piece is made to order, custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check personalisation details carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We'll prioritise a replacement or a full refund, and we cover return postage in these cases.
For standard returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. We only cover return postage when the return is the result of our error (a damaged or incorrect item). Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Email us with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you the return details. Please keep your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
